@AxisBankSupport @neerajgambhir @AxisBank @AxisBankSupport @RBI @jagograhakjago the applied charges is not as per the rbi guidelines. I have already paid my 92% of billed amount before the due date and if some how an amount of 5484 is pending that doesn't mean that bank appled me charges of 3804

@AxisBankSupport @AxisBank @RBI @CNBC @TOIIndiaNews as per the RBI guidelines bank should apply the charges on outstanding balance not on the bill amount. Also as on the due date 95% of billed amount is already paid if there is any outstanding amt left of Rs.5484 bank should apply charges on it.

@HDFC_Bank @HDFCBank_Cares @TOIIndiaNews poor and pathetic service from hdfc bank. Hdfc bank and their employees even at cluster level didn't listen customer problem, i have raised my issue to hdfc BM and then to cluster head but after 2 days he also start avoiding my calls
