@Macys , your online shopping and returns system is a scam. You guys have duped me of more than $200.
I have done 2 complaints, never been given a case number, and no resolution. Iβm never shopping with @Macys again
If you are a @KotakBankLtd user. Do check if they are sharing your account information with others too! Here is an email they send me every week about someone else's account. And they gave not taken any action on my complaints! ππ
It was some home made food, packed properly in plastic food grade containers.
Seems @UPS keeps their employees so hungry that they opened up and ate all of that π
So hereβs the story.
We shipped a package through @UPS
Somewhere they decided the package was damaged and discarded it.
No photo as proof.
Their support person said they damage 1000s of packages every day. They cannot keep photographs for all.
@UPS@UPS , Iβm tempted to post the transcript of it conversation here. You donβt even respond properly. You just say your side of canned responses and then forget about it.
Mind you, @ups stores are good and no problem. The corporate called @ups is a piece of shit
And they have proven it with the conversation their support team is having with us

@Mintmobile your area coverage is very bad. There are so many dead zones across Atlanta. My network does not catch anything while others signals are strong.
Iβm able to get strong signals through other networks.

@UPS there is no way to reach your support personnel. Your website and virtual assistant are pathetic. You have lost my package with very important documents in it
Letβs stop using @SHEIN_Official. They use such cheap and pathetic services like Speedx. They just left my packet at a common place and are not even responding to any queries
@SHEIN_Official Another update: @SHEIN_Official is asking me to contact the courier service again and again while it should be their job. And the courier service is not reachable anywhere. What a joke. SpeedX and @SHEIN_Official are taking us for a ride
