Just tore my laptop apart because it kept randomly refusing to charge.
Ended up diagnosing the root cause myself: a failing DC-IN jack cable.
A $15 part was about to make me drop $1,000+ on a new laptop.

Crazy how often the “I need a new device” instinct is just bad debugging.
Feels good to fix your own stuff.

there’s no way ur gonna magically stick to that routine and learn that skill when u haven’t the last 10 times u tried… change the system.

I think that era is over and if it isn’t, it needs to be. Our MVPs need to be minimums virtuous products, the cost of breaking things in certain cases can be too great to recover from
