@TeamYouTube kindly assist as i hv tried your support several times, no response and without any intimation my you tube channel got deleted. My account was linked to [email protected]. I didnt receive any intimation for deletion.

@ICICILombard My parent's travel policy (…/000, valid to 31 Oct 2025) was cancelled in error when we asked to cancel only the 30-day extension (Req 72025101400219). they are now in Canada without coverage

@ICICILombard Last week i had word with Sagar from security team, he assured me to resolve the case by wed. Today is Friday, my father is 63 years old and he is calling them on daily basis to fix their error but team can only transferred the call to other team and they never picked.

@ICICILombard your team should have sense of urgency & knowledge in such legal matters. It has been more than 48 hrs no action has been taken. Who will be responsible in case of medical emergency or legal trouble as your team has cancelled the insurance due to lack of understanding.
