Spoke to customer care for discontinuing jiofiber service on number “+91-2231847064”. Rude conversation with staff and line was disconnected without confirmation. Sent 2 emails to Jio care, no response.
@BlueDart_ SERVICE issue while receiving parcels. NO calls made by delivery person to registered mobile number, YET status updated by delivery person as “Consignee not available”. Occurred with multiple parcels in a short span.
Request you to check the root cause and help.
