I am travelling to Nagpur from pune @IndiGo6E. Thanks are due to ground staff and especially Mahesh Dhage for helping out with luggage having issue. He left his usual duty and came with me to resolve it with CISF staff who were totally uncooperative. Thank you Indigo pune staff
