@FloHockey hey guys! If you want to have ads on your platform, that’s fine, but maybe don’t break to 2 minutes of consecutive ads IN THE MIDDLE OF LIVE GAME PLAY?! It’s happened twice this weekend while I’ve been watching. Do better!
@YouTubeTV I’d love to watch my game, but I’ve got a spinning wheel and constant disruptions today. It is not ideal for the service to be down on a football Sunday.
I’m not sure what’s more frustrating: the number of broken promises/lapses in communication by @VerizonSupport or the hours I’ve wasted on the phone and chat to resolve this issue. This has been an absolute failure by @Verizon on all ends.
Naturally now I’ve had a conversation with yet another agent and I’ve been told I need to take more time out of my vacation for another callback tomorrow. This is incredibly upsetting and unprofessional, @VerizonSupport.
I had a callback scheduled with @Verizon at 5pm today. When this call had to be scheduled today, I told the agent I would be on vacation and that it was an inconvenience.
