@BenjWaldman What would be the problem? It's not like you're going to eat the person who had the transplant. A more plausible halachic quandary might be if a cow had a transplant from a pig, could you eat that cow?

Suffering an unimagineable loss. Literally - I never would have thought to imagine this.
