"Remember that the universe is run by Ma Bhagwati & Mahadev. Ekdum chill & relax. Purush ka ghamand aur stri ki sundarta dono hi smashaan main jal rahe hain!" - golden words from Dr Manish Ji @mmpandit
Just as the water lily blooms when sunlight strikes it, so too do the inner chakras (probably lotuses would have been a more apt description) bloom when Shakti is going through them.
And the flower is actually seen vividly in the mental eye by that sadhaka when the actual Shakti bhedan occurs.
The opening of the flower allows one to experience the essence of that chakra.
Gentle Reminder to All New and Advanced Sādhakās:

No. You are mistaken.
Now, what’s the proof that you are mistaken?
Because Nath Shabar mantras are there which can stop Jinns (and other entities) and these entities are also minor compared to the power of the Nine Naths.
It is well known in India.
In fact many Westerners have come to know of the Nath tradition and many many more will come to know in the near future. (Within this coming 360 days).
Basically the only civilisation which actually gives them a space in their geographical land is the Indian civilisation. (India, Nepal and maybe part of Tibet).
These Nine are called the Nine Naths (each complete master of a power of the Universe).
In ancient times they were the Nava Narayana!
These Nine Naths are directly called upon only by the Indians.
A disciple of a disciple of the Nine Naths (Dnyaneshwar) is still sitting under the ground in Alandi !
They are the reason why the Indian civilisation is becoming known again.
Only in India are they directly worshipped.
See…. let me say a Kadwa Sach (bitter truth) here.
Kabir’s dohas are very very basic and for most part they are not even a millionth power of the sophistication or Shakti contained in any Hindu ritual.
It’s ok if one wants to read Kabir (and it might have sufficed for him to an extent) but it’s nowhere near the level of Adi Sankara for example or Agamvagish (of Tantra fame) or Dnyaneshwar maharaj.
Point is that there is no substitute to the hard grind of sadhana.
Kabir is ok for somebody like Raju Hirani … but not if you want something really special.
To succeed at anything (especially sadhana), you need to be single minded.
If your mind is wondering what is happening in the Ayodhya case, what is happening in the Dombivali case and what not, then you are not going to succeed at something anytime soon.
Some sadhanas build single minded focus.
For example in the Saptashati Durga, the reading of the text will involve around 50 minutes. If you did a homa with it, your mind is occupied for best part of two hours.
This develops intense concentrated focus which is helpful in a variety of things apart from sadhana.
So.. develop single minded focus for success.
Forget about the entire world when doing sadhana.

A laborer working on a site near a hospital in Pune came to the hospital with his pregnant wife in an emergency. Dr. Ganesh Khairi examined the woman and said, "I have to perform a cesarean section immediately to save the mother and child." For a moment, the laborer thought he would be stuck with a huge expense, but with no other option, he allowed the doctor to perform the operation.
The operation was successful, and a daughter was born. The laborer's biggest question was how to pay the bill. When the laborer met Dr. Ganesh and asked how much the bill would be, Dr. Ganesh smiled and said, "I don't charge for the birth of a daughter." The laborer was astonished.
The doctor clarified, "Every daughter is an incarnation of Lakshmi. How can money be taken during Lakshmi's incarnation?" When I was studying, my mother told me that when God sends a daughter into this world, to help her and her family in every possible way. Obeying my mother's orders, I don't take any money at the time of my daughter's birth."
The laborer immediately fell at Dr. Ganesh's feet and said, "You are truly a manifestation of God." It's been a decade since Dr. Ganesh opened his hospital. In ten years, nearly 1,000 daughters have been born at his hospital, and not a single penny has been charged to the parents of any daughter.
Taiwan solved tax evasion in 1951 with a trick so cheap it should embarrass every tax authority on the planet.
The problem was an all-cash economy full of small shops. A merchant pockets the cash, skips the receipt, and the sale never existed. Auditors can't catch what was never recorded, and hiring enough of them to watch every noodle stand costs more than the missing tax.
So finance chief Ren Xianqun flipped the incentive. Print a lottery number on every receipt. Draw winners every two months on live TV. Top prize today: NT$10 million, about $310K.
Suddenly the customer and the shopkeeper want opposite things. The merchant wants the sale off the books. The customer wants the ticket. And there are millions more customers than merchants. Every transaction now carries a built-in witness demanding the paper trail.
Year one, reported tax revenue jumped 75%, from NT$29 million to NT$51 million. Seventy-five years later, roughly 70% of Taiwanese still play. Convenience stores redeem the smallest NT$200 prizes at the register, so even a coffee receipt feels like a scratch card.
The elegant part is what the audit force costs. The prize pool runs about NT$7 billion a year, roughly $20 million. In exchange, the government gets 23 million unpaid auditors working every checkout line in the country, forever. No inspector general on earth delivers that coverage at that price.
Greece, Italy, Portugal, and Slovakia all copied it. The most effective compliance tool ever built looks like a game, and that's exactly why it works.
In the Bhagavad Gita, chapter 18, verses 26 to 28, Krishna explains the 3 types of doers.
The Sattvik doer works without attachment. Steady in success, steady in failure. He does not chase the fruit.
The Rajasik doer is hungry for results. Passionate, restless, swinging between joy and grief depending on the outcome.
The Tamasik doer is unsteady, deceitful, lazy, malicious, always postponing.
Now the point most people miss.
If you want to understand Jyotish, and honestly how this entire world operates, master the permutations of these 3 gunas. Everything runs on their interplay.
Every graha has a guna. Every rashi has a guna. Every bhava, every yoga, every relationship in your life functions exactly according to the guna it carries.
Once your eye is trained to see the gunas underneath, the chart stops being a puzzle. It starts speaking.
Three points - one light-hearted, one thoughtful & one provocative:
(1) If one stops going to a restaurant serving only upma & starts going to a restaurant serving 100 items, it doesn't mean one "has to" eat 100 items! 😃
One simply has more choice!
(2) A Hindu need NOT worship many (or even any!) Devatas.
The force that runs the universe is too subtle - way beyond human perception or even conceptualization/ideation.
But some subtle forces that enable one to connect more purposefully with that Supreme Cosmic Force, ARE accessible to human perception/interaction, i.e. various Devatas! By forming a connection with various Devatas, one leads a more purposeful life (of various types).
BTW, in Hinduism/Sanatana Dharma as taught by rishis, one may not even worship any Devata and yet imbibe the qualities represented by a Devata within oneself through effort & blessings & get closer to that Devata (and hence to the Supreme Cosmic Force via that Devata).
Mind you, Sanatana Dharma is not your average faith based religion founded by someone in deep Kali yuga - it is a collection of subtle, broad & deep knowledge resulting from the seeking of the Supreme Cosmic Force by many great sages over millennia & independently re-validated by umpteen great yogis time and again, right till our times!
(3) It's amazing that some people feel totally free to call Hindu Devatas "fuckers and suckers". 😡😟
If one retorts about the other religion using the same words, all hell will break loose! Remember what happened to poor @NupurSharmaBJP ji? She didn't even retort - she just quoted their own scripture..
This one-sided & hegemonic ridicule & oppression of Hinduism by people of a couple of other religions that persecuted Hindus in their own heartland for about a millennium (and hence feel entitled/overconfident!), MUST end. And it WILL end soon. 🙏🕉️🙏
BANDHANA OF THE MIND
Some people can walk out of anything. A room. A city. A relationship.
But not their own mind.
It keeps returning to the same person, the same craving, the same thought — on a loop that won't close.
Your chart has a name for this.
Repost. Someone you care about may need this.
The Glory of Divine Names (Nama Mahima) —
Why did our Rishis compose Satanamavali (108 Names) and Sahasranamavali (1000 Names)?
Because every Divine Name reveals a different aspect of Bhagawan. One Name reminds us of His compassion, another of His courage, another of His wisdom, protection or grace. As we chant these Names, we are not simply repeating words, we are remembering His countless qualities.
नाम्नामकारि बहुधा निजसर्वशक्तिस्तत्रार्पिता नियमितः स्मरणे न कालः॥ 🌸
“The Lord has manifested in countless Names and has invested each Name with His complete divine power. There is no restriction of time for remembering Him.”
This is why chanting a Namavali is so powerful. The more we remember the qualities of the Divine, the more those very qualities begin to awaken within us. The mind slowly becomes calmer, purer and more devoted.
Our Rishis knew that it is difficult to understand the Infinite, but it is easy to remember a Name. Through the Name, the mind reaches the One who bears that Name.
The Divine Name is not merely a sound, it is a bridge between the devotee and the Divine.

Happy Birthday, Ranveer Singh. ❤️
Some films stay with you forever. Dhurandhar will always be one of those films for me. Not just because of the story we told but because I got to witness something very few directors ever get to witness.
I’ve always known you’re an extraordinary actor. But this journey made me fall in love with the artist you are and even more with the human being behind the artist.
There were days on Dhurandhar that I knew I was witnessing something incredibly rare.
The 26/11 sequence. The final tea shop scene. The Pathankot massacre. The pump house scene. The court exterior. Just to name a few. Take after take, scene after scene, you never once looked for the easy choice. Every emotion landed exactly where it needed to. Every silence had meaning. Every glance had intent. Every beat was pitch perfect.
The consistency was almost impossible to comprehend. It genuinely felt like watching someone touched by divine grace. As though Maa Saraswati herself had placed her hand on your head and blessed you with every ounce of artistic brilliance she could.
As a director, there are moments you spend your entire career hoping to experience. You gave me those moments again and again.
I truly believe what you’ve done in Dhurandhar is one of the finest performances Indian cinema has ever seen. It isn’t just a performance, it is a force of nature. Fearless, towering and so complete that it disappears into the soul of the character.
I have no doubt people will talk about this performance for years, perhaps generations to come.
But what I’ll cherish even more is everything that happened between “Action” and “Cut.” The conversations. The shared conviction. The relentless pursuit of getting every single moment right.
Somewhere along the way, you stopped being just my actor.
You became my brother.
Thank you for trusting me with your heart, your craft and your madness. Thank you for giving Dhurandhar every piece of yourself.
I couldn’t be prouder of what we’ve created together.
Love you always.
Happy Birthday, brother. ❤️
Sorry sir, but your #Dhurandhar can never match the aura and scale of #Alpha
Your protagonist in the movie could only reach Lyari , but alpha protagonist reached indian army, highest rank.
Your dhurandhar characters were ugly looking , while alpha had perfect bikini , jumping into water from 10000 ft high cliff
Your dhurandhar had babu dakait in cameo - but alpha had hrithik, good looking. Just like matrix movie, could dodge the bullets. Hrithik is the ONE ..while keanu reeves is the TWO.
Your dhurandhar got audiences back to theatres, but Alpha made sure audiences are at home, specially in this deadly monsoon rains. Watching movie is not more important than their safety.
To get to Lyari, you spy had to go from Nepal, afgan , where #alpha got Bobby deol from pak to india in one shot.
Dhurandhar your characters used MC/BC words in film - but here audience used MC/BC for #alpha after watching it
So please, lets not praise dhurandhar
And yes, Happy birthday to @RanveerOfficial .
