@Uber_Support Me and my friends were in downtown Dallas last weekend having a good time and called an Uber. It was 2am. The first Uber I called cancelled and Uber charged me! Then a second Uber came and he was RUDE.

Paid $150 to get into Disney world today. For the 5 hours I’ve been here, the 3 rides I’ve attempted to ride 2 of them have broken while I’ve waited. TOT and Star Wars. I’ve waited in line for over 2 hours in the Star Wars ride and it’s broken TWICE already. @WaltDisneyWorld

@Uber_Support this morning starting at 5am I booked a total of 3 rides and all three were cancelled. This caused me to miss my flight back home. Y’all still made me pay $5.41 for each trip that the driver cancelled. I need to speak with someone ASAP to help me resolve this issue.
