Why limit it to that?!! If their education is so important to teachers, why the limit?

But, you are lucky….most of us face double standards - essays about how every hour of our kid’s education is important followed by strike action and inset days 🤷🏼‍♀️

There are 260 ‘working days minus 9 bank holidays (not all working days) - so minimum 251 ‘working’ days a year. I know they need breaks. But why not have 6 wk break and teachers have insets during that time?!

This year, my two break up on Tuesday (not Friday) and go back Thursday (not Monday). Never changes. With a full six weeks in between. Just saying.

The kids always go back on a Tuesday, Wednesday or even Thursday rather than the Monday - have the ‘alleged’ training days during the last week of the 6 week break. I am disgusted with teachers claiming to be on a par with soldiers and nurses. #joke #spoiledbrats
