I said yes. And then she promptly cancels it citing a family emergency!!! Why would she call if there’s emergency?!

WiFi outages all the time, multi-services not bundled together and inability to recharge plus zero communication from customer care despite complaints and calls and this problem is a MONTH old now. WTH is happening?!
@airtelnews@Airtel_Presence Rubbish. They can’t fix a problem but can sit in their offices and send me DM after DM from a zillion unnecessary customer care executives. But hello?! Problem will not be solved. This is Airtel after all!
