In March 2022, 90,789 young people in England were referred to a mental health service. 90,789 referrals in one month. This is the highest monthly figure where records are available.
This situation cannot go on.

You can be driven, motivated, passionate and have depression. You can be bubbly, vibrant and extroverted and have anxiety. The more we understand that mental health is separate from character, the less stigma there will be.
