Severely disappointed with the customer service @Debenhams ! Ordered a sofa over 9 weeks ago and have received no direct communication from them on delivery. I should have had it last weekend! I have had to chase and I am now being told it won’t arrive in time for Christmas! WTF!

@fleetwaytravel so disappointed with your customer services. Had multiple issues on our holiday. Paid to be fully insured on our hire car and still got charged! I sent a complaint to your team 20 days ago without any response! Will not be using again or recommending to anyone! 😡

@Ocado Yes they went off within four days (the peppers and onions) which they hadn't done in previous shops, so I had to throw them away.
