@AerLingus But I did get a confirmation on July 29th that my bag was in Seattle. The staff person told me their manager would ship it the next day. It’s been over three weeks since then. If it’s sitting at the airport, please tell me who to contact so I can just drive there and get it.
Aer Lingus told me to contact my airport. But the airport says that they do not take possession of luggage from airlines and to contact my airline. How do I ever get my suitcase? It’s terrible knowing that it’s so close to home, but not being able to get it. 2/2
@AerLingus@flySEA Hello, my bag has been missing since July 16th. Over a week ago I got a call telling me that my suitcase had made it to my destination airport, and that their manager would ship it to me (and call me) the next day. I’ve heard nothing since. 1/2
@AerLingus My luggage was lost several days ago. There have been no updates with tracking, and the Contact Us phone number keeps hanging up on me. Is there any way to speak to a living person about this or get any information?
