@TheSideheadlock he is stronger, i think you can make longer combos easy of his back hyper move, it combos into itself and you can pop up the enemy of the ground with the neutral special, the overhead kick as they fall from the hyper move. Its a lot of free safe damage.

@bigbrownson Soldier Boy does not have his Nuclear power in that version, if you are making him the rest of his crew younger he does not have i think, regardless the only dangerous guy is the one that could control minds i forget which one i t was. They got no response for him maybe A-train.
