Why soil is one of the most amazing things on our planet:
In one teaspoon of soil, there are more microorganisms than there are people on earth!

I love how I, an actual GP...who was involved in the initial covid vaccination programme ...has to tune in at 8pm with the public to find out that apparently we are vaccinating the entire adult population with boosters by the end of the year
This morning please spare a thought for NHS staff who - at exactly the same time you did - found out last night from @BorisJohnson they’d be delivering 1 million boosters a day from… today.
Honestly, so disappointed at media.
The Amazonian youth from Brazil and Ecuador lead the entire march today in Glasgow and were up on the main stage for almost 30 minutes. Frontline people at the FRONT LINE. Yet no coverage. This is what invisiblization looks like. #COP26
Nevertheless, during this month I'm overcoming the mental battle of wanting to be warm by braving the cold for an average of 20 minutes each day.
Any sponsors to get me through the last few days will be greatly appreciated :). 3/3

Everyday throughout October I have been swimming in the sea wearing just a bikini/swimsuit. I am raising money for both Breast Cancer Research in memory of best friend's mother who passed away at the beginning of the month, and The 365 Sea Swim Challenge C.I.C 1/3
It has been a big commitment dedicating every evening to swimming, & with 3 swims still to go I've realised just how long a month really is! I'm not a strong swimmer & despite having grown up by the sea I rarely enter the sea without a wetsuit, & never go in beyond the summer.2/3
