Trays + hot chips + gravy = Coles Variety Cafeteria. This is the Launceston Coles Cafeteria, photographed in the 1990s before it closed.

The building still stands, at the western end of the mall.

Next time you drive through Campbell Town, keep an eye out for this house! 👁️ 🏡 Climar dates from the 1950s and was the home of beloved Tasmanian cook and author, Marjorie Bligh. Unusually for the time, Marjorie had a major role in designing the building. 1st 📷 @UTAS_Library
