@UPS_UK it's taking you 5 weeks to deliver a parcel from Italy. It got the 'import scan' twice but it is not moving from Stanford le Hope. One of your drivers painted a rather chaotic picture of your local operations. And change you can get your act together?

@UPS_UK is trying to get my parcel (origin Italy) through Customs since 23rd September. @UKBorder UPS claims Customs is overloaded in Stanford-le-Hope. Is that the case for real?

@GOVUK @ThangamMP Reported already. But we are talking of the ONLY place I can see my EU Settled Status visa! In this instance, I happen to have to update my passport number... @ukhomeoffice any help? This system should have a vanishing small downtime period per-year. This is quite serious!

@guardian did you know that perfectly valid Biometric Residence Cards bearing the wording "Family Members of EU National" are being invalidated by the end of June? Did you know that SopraSteria charges over £70 for taking a picture, scanning fingerprints and a signature?

@guardian did you know that without this new BRC, Non-EEA Family Members WITH EU Settled status cannot board a flight back to the UK? Did you know if a BRC is lost while abroad a Non-EEA FM cannot rely on their EU Settled Status to get a replacement?

In addition, he shouting "do you want to fly?". Upon request, this man declined to tell me his name. The gentleman I am talking about had written on his high visibility vest "TCO"

Yesterday, at the British Borders of Heathrow T4, the officer who greeted us refused to 'speak' to my wife and saying: "Please, take your glasses off" or "Please, scan your thumb". He opted just for mimicking the action. My freelance NHS translator wife was not impressed!

My online EU Settled Status stopped showing my picture. Issue reported in August. At the final stage of my house purchase unable to prove my status to my lender, if required. I'm no snowflake but I wouldn't mind to have a shiny physical document! @guardian @Telegraph
