@TerpRetreats@Vodacom It has been absolutely shocking of late.. logging a call doesn’t even help.. they just send you an email with all sorts of instructions. The one being a speed test, but connection so poor the speed test can’t even load.. then they just close your ticket.
@MTNza I’ve tried numerous to upgrade through your app, but your app does not allow you to complete the process. The final step “buy now” ends the process.. and takes you back to home page.. what a waste of time..don’t offer upgrades via this platform if it does not work
