I love the saxophone and our dog Betty.......both are golden and can growl if handled inexpertly. On twitter mainly for The Archers nonsense, listener since ‘91
@TheCiderShedPod
Does anyone else think that Jakob is a vocal doppelgänger for Milton Jones? I just can’t disassociate the voice. I had the same issue with Eddy Grundy and a curly haired chap from Brush Strokes - that’s taken 20 years, and I still have the odd relapse.
@TheSaxDoctor Lovely chuck. Such a great word, I’m sure key operated ones are common on workshop tools but I do miss them on site drills - ours are all SDS or hand tighten, quite dull really, and in the case of hand tighten, technically inferior.
@collins_shaun @KerryAGodliman They do indeed, I was woken this morning by the gentle sound of roofbox mounting. The whole County makes its annual migration when the prices are cheaper :-)
@TheSaxDoctor I know you are taking a well earned rest, but I’ve got a painful (thumb) rest :-) - domed pearl on a 1936 BA - would sugro work to build it up to flatten it or is removal and replacement the best way please?
@TheSaxDoctor So far so good Stephen, now frantically looking for other things to make out of Sugro before the portion goes off. This could be the start of that drip tip/sop mouthpiece concept.
@cbwallop this week my 17 year old daughter was recovering from a knee op in hospital, obviously in some morphine induced state needing cheering up - 4am request for emergency mirth. Tragic spelling ;-)
@Lucyvfreeman Learn from the teens: Position webcam as high as possible, (but not so high as to show bald spot). Suck in cheeks and pout. I can’t speak but at least I look human. On a more serious note, invest in a good microphone/speaker thing as laptop built in stuff awful!
@ClaireJAstbury Amazon are basically a 3PL for a lot of small businesses https://t.co/fteWqqehRf I shall stop now before I mansplain :-) I work in the sector Claire, so at least I get to see a few maps :-)
