@ShanaVWhite I have had to help cover because of lack of subs. I didn’t do it because I was told to. I didn’t do it to be the hero. I did it for my colleague who tried everything they could to find a sub. I did it to help them out as a friend.

It is extremely important for educators to work on their mental & physical health right now. Whether school is in person or virtual, we are dealing with stress that we have never encountered. Take time for yourself daily/weekly - read, walk, rest, spend time with loved ones.
