Tate Moore (@Tate9Moore) wasn’t at his best, but the immense potential is obvious. A lot more velocity in the tank than he showed and has very flexible shoulders with good movements and arm path on mound.

Scattered control but made pitches routinely. Ton of confidence in CH and sweeping CB has promise. Whenever he pitches with more intent and unleashes the arm speed with reps… 📈.
