The UK filed a request with the State Department. That is not the same as putting the warrants, charging papers, and proof in front of him.

What is public is the July arrest summary. Accuser names stay hidden. The full file is still inside review.

Andrew Tate is being held to a lower heat standard than convicted inmates in Texas.

A federal judge ruled that extreme heat in Texas prisons can violate the Constitution and ordered air conditioning statewide by 2029.

Tate alleges no air conditioning, stone cold water and a serious roach infestation at FDC Miami. Prosecutors call the confinement reasonable.

That is the split.

Texas was about sentenced prisoners. Tate has not been found guilty of anything.

Pretrial detention is not supposed to be punishment. Heat that can be cruel after a conviction cannot become “discretion” before one.

Hate him or not. An unconvicted detainee should not get a weaker standard than a convicted one.
