I’d agree and offer we are in an “Information War” and I don’t think we’ll get kinetic stateside but continue using an overseas proxy war to sustain the war coffers. AI is the next greatest threat to humanity. We love to chase the shadow of death until death turns and we all disappear!

What we saw was the academic community expressing frustration. The experts were upset that their life’s work had culminated in a simple query of an AI system. The dedication and time required to become an expert were once admired by all. Now, @ComicDaveSmith can pick up his phone and access historical information about Sir Winston Churchill in seconds—the same information that @DouglasKMurray spent years poring over. Experts can now be anyone with the ability to understand historical figures, and the information is no longer restricted to academic elites. Even people from Appalachia now have access to this knowledge and can interpret it for themselves.
