@JioCare Its been 6.30 now, mechanic wont be coming today. I dont know any local aurhoriry....I would go to consumers court against Jio for all the losses I will be faceing in these 3 days due to absence of internet connection.

@JioCare You are just replying what the automated service said. My concern is I scheduled at 2 - 2 PM slot and took a off from my work, just to solve this issue....but without any notification the time got changed to 6 - 7 PM....

Internet connection is not working for last 2 days @JioCare .Yesterday it was fixed at 5PM and again it got disconnected at 9 PM. Todays scheduled time was 2PM but without my notice it has been changed to 6PM. How will they fix it at that time ?
