Everyone is trying to “AI” healthcare right now.

But healthcare is not just another software market.

The challenge is not simply adding AI to a process. The real challenge is understanding how healthcare actually works.

Healthcare is shaped by legacy systems, operational realities, compliance requirements, reimbursement structures, and human trust. AI has to fit into how work actually moves through an organization.

That is why implementation matters more than AI itself.

The companies that succeed will likely be the ones that build the strongest operational infrastructure around AI adoption, integration, workflow alignment, and long term trust and support.

We plan to add surgical robots into Health Pods to help with minor procedures like stitches.

Robots will surpass good human surgeons within a few years and the best human surgeons within ~5 years.

@Neuralink had to use a robot for the brain-computer electrode insertion, as it was impossible for a human to achieve the required speed and precision.
