Again, idc about the removal. Just that the excuses/complaints from killer mains are weak. fl locker saves always had a simple counter.

@Chromer_TTV @umbra_bug No ill will either. I agree the locker fl save is rare — fl abuse in general, not so much.

My main point is that there has always been a simple counter to fl saves.

I tend to use LB, mainly bc it throws off a lot of swf tactics.

LB, IM, SS, and MG are a good combo v fl swfs.

@Chromer_TTV @umbra_bug Killers can see what items are equipped - see flashlights? Equip LB. None? Then don’t.

One can also judge what to expect based on the games they’ve been having - getting lots of fl abuse? Use LB. None? Don’t.

It’s not complicated.

@TrU3Ta1ent That could go for either side, really. Both sides have their toxicity & resentment. I mainly experienced sore winners in higher mmr matches.
As surv, I experience toxic killers in all mmr levels.
Myself, I go easier on opponents if mmr is off & don’t mind taking the L.

@etoileeaf It’s nice to see an underdog have a match turn around like that.
Unfortunately, unless they changed it, death by collapse counts as a ‘draw’.

@shwabity @dax_85 @RunningManTTV The only doubles that have no counter is Head On, which isn't addressed by this patch. But yes, there is counterplay besides Lightborn. Just that LB grants immunity to the entire issue. My only point is that killers have no complaint here, they always had a solution.

@Woa_______ @LosingColor If you don't run lightborn, don't complain when survs use fl saves. You can see what gear survs are taking into the match. No flashlights? Hotswap to something else. It's a simple solution, killer mains have no complaints for self-inflicted punishment.

When I was in sweaty mmr, fl abuse was constant (not locker saves, mind you). Know how I solved the problem? Lightborn. No more fl spam. The fl swfs lost their main tactic. It was that easy.

Killer Mains: "FL Locker saves are prevalent & have no counter whatsoever!"
*Lightborn perk exists giving complete immunity to flashlights*

Killers had a solution in their toolbox the whole time. FL locker saves will not work if you are immune to flashlights

There was always a counter.

idrc about locker saves being removed. It’s just killer mains trying to complain when they had a perfect & easy solution in their kit the whole time.

@Woa_______ @LosingColor If Unbreakable gave Endurance, could be used quickly and repeatedly...sure.
Lightborn is an instant, automatic counter with no limits and provides an aura reveal.
You could argue Exponential but killers can still insta-down the surv. FL spamming does nothing against Lightborn.
