It should be treated the same as a false police report. A fine but no jail time and if repeat offender then a more serious punishment.

But you would have to prove that is was grossly false. Such as an alibi.

But should someone go to jail for falsely accusing? There are lots of factors like how do we prove it was false? No conviction? That wouldn’t work with our current

For me it’s been over 10 years and I still flinch at the slightest thing, I still get panic attacks daily, I have extreme trouble trusting people. I have been going to therapy for 10 years and I still struggle to go out in public. It isn’t living

@luzreud When I was 13 I was inappropriately touched at a dance in my top and crotch region at a sports dance. Everyone witnessed it and no one stopped it. I still get panic attacks whenever there is a crowd and loud music or I hear the song. Clubs and weddings are hard. I am 29.

@PatsKam I think it can be a bit more nuisance than that. If a groomsman buys his. Suit/tux his repeatability is high. Not as much for bridesmaid dresses. Also are they all the same dress or do you get to choose what style as long as it is the same color? Are the dresses affordable?
