अगर उत्तर प्रदेश विधानसभा में अध्यक्ष की कुर्सी पर बैठे सतीश महाना यह कहें कि "जिन्होंने राम मंदिर का विरोध किया, अगर उन्होंने चंदा दिया है तो रसीद दिखाएँ, तब देखेंगे कि उनका पैसा चोरी हुआ या नहीं," तो सवाल सिर्फ़ एक बयान का नहीं, बल्कि विधानसभा की गरिमा का है।

क्या अब कोई चुनी हुई विधानसभा का सदस्य अपनी आस्था के आधार पर चोरी को चोरी भी नहीं कह सकता? क्या अब हत्या को हत्या, डकैती को डकैती कहने से पहले लोगों को अपने मज़हब का हलफ़नामा देना होगा?

फिर यही उसूल वक़्फ़ बोर्डों पर क्यों लागू नहीं होता, जहाँ ग़ैर-मुस्लिमों को ज़बरन शामिल किया जाता है? हिन्दू एंडोमेंट बोर्डों को मिलने वाली संवैधानिक सुरक्षा औक़ाफ़ को क्यों नहीं? और जिस पार्टी का लोकसभा में एक भी मुस्लिम सांसद नहीं है, उसे तीन तलाक़ जैसे असंवैधानिक क़ानून (जो सिर्फ़ मुसलमानों से जुड़ा है) बनाने का अधिकार कैसे मिल जाता है?

अगर उसूल एक है, तो सब पर बराबर लागू होना चाहिए।

Some UBT MPs are also looking to defect to the BJP. Maybe we should ask the two PROMINENT MPs to tell us who ‘threatened’ these MPs to defect to the BJP? Why did the other 19 TMC MPs defect? Maybe it’ll take a month to blame someone. As the Qur’an says “Woe to every backbiter, slanderer” (104:1)

Why are large-scale defections to BJP so easy? Why are all these people running away? You cannot blame one ‘prominent MP’ for all your failures.

I don't like the gaddari from Yusuf Pathan, may he get what he dersves. The TMC made a mistake by giving preference to a celebrity with no connection to Bengal or people, a Gujrati Muslim no less (they're more vulnerable than anyone else).. Anyways, that aside, given the Situation and sudden collapse of TMC (as evident in Jahangir Khan Falta incident) Asaduddin Owaisi stands vindicated.

Not sure about that but let me share my experience. When I started a donation appeal in 2022 for families whose houses and shops were buldozed in Delhi, MP etc, I got a call from @asadowaisi, He asked me not to do any donation drive. He said, They'll come after you, as the govt is desperately waiting for an opportunity to go after you. Not because he didn't want people to donate to the victims. But because he was concerned about me, He didn't want me to get into this.
When I told him that the donation amount will directly go to victims account and not though my account. He said, In that case it's fine. But be very careful.

ऐसा लिखना पूरी तरह राजनीतिक नासमझी और बेवकूफ़ी है। अगर किसी नेता का दूसरे जिले या क्षेत्र से चुनाव लड़ना गलत है, तो यही सवाल इटावा के अखिलेश यादव के 2019 में आज़मगढ़ और 2024 में कन्नौज से चुनाव लड़ने पर भी उठना चाहिए। लोकतंत्र में फैसला जनता करती है, उम्मीदवार का जन्मस्थान नहीं।

The govt has created 5 new districts in Ladakh. There are now 7 instead of 2 districts. The govt wants to divide the unified statehood movement of Buddhists and Muslims.

This is another gerrymandering in the erstwhile state of Jammu and Kashmir

As per the 2011 Census, Ladakh has 46.40% Muslims and 39.65% Buddhist population out of the total population of 274289.

Out of the 7 districts, 5 are Buddhist majority, only 2 are Muslim. Basically 5 districts for 39.65% population and only 2 districts for 46.40% population

Yesterday, the Bombay High Court discharged four men accused of carrying out the 2006 Malegaon Blasts. The accused all allegedly belonged to Abhinav Bharat. The explosions claimed 31 lives and injured 312. The blasts specifically targeted Muslims. Yet, maybe out of habit, the investigation agencies first arrested nine Muslims, who were eventually acquitted in 2016. In yesterday’s order, the High Court criticised the NIA for its botched investigation.

Is the NIA going to appeal the order before the Supreme Court? Highly unlikely. This is a betrayal of all the victims and their families. This will be yet another terror attack where we will not even see its perpetrators being punished. To be a Muslim in India is to only wait for justice.

This case has followed a similar trajectory to the 2008 blasts case. Rohini Salian, NIA’s prosecutor was on record saying that NIA asked her to go soft on the accused.
