@NationwideRadio In theory this sounds like a good idea but my guess is that a large proportion of corruption takes place by those in the lower pay scale who see great opportunity by their position to increase their pay by any means necessary.

@djmillerJA I agree with you 100%. I don't follow up on the USA with respect to precedures but when it comes to events and meetings with dignatories, of any level, they spend 10 seconds tops on greetings and then its down to business.
