New proposal has few meaningful changes over one sent on 5/1. Why aren't you holding the district accountable as well?

- Remove 6% addtnl required work hrs in new proposal
- Commit to facilities maintenance

@LakishaYoungCEO Actual 23% raise for all teacher salaries. OUSD isn't presenting their proposal by comparing old and new pay for equivalent roles. They are including *existing scheduled tenure increases* in their calculation - Eg, comparing 4y teacher pay today to 5y teacher salary next year.
