It's Skill Spotlight Saturday! This week's focus is Rotations. If you see your child doing a baby cartwheel using the cartwheel mat, this is introducing the proper placement for the hands & feet. Eventually, this skill progresses into a cartwheel on a line and cartwheel on beam.

It's Skill Spotlight Saturday! Today's focus is rotations. If you see your child doing an assisted backward roll down an incline to tuck, this progresses into learning a candlestick position on floor and a back extension to front support down an incline.
