@SouthwestAir extremely disappointed that I had to buy a whole new car seat in order to bring my baby home and that one of your employees compared my baby’s car seat to “a set of golf clubs” in terms of damage. My child’s SAFETY is not comparable to a set of golf clubs.

@SouthwestAir I had two flights this month where I checked a car seat. Supposedly I was supposed to sign a waiver? I was never asked to sign anything.
