Facebook marketplace has not paid me for a sales and refuses to provide support - no chat or phone or email and this item was sold end of Sept. I need someone to reach out to me - what can be done??

@facebook @Meta @facebookmarketplace pls help me get paid - I have no way to reach you - PayPal has not record of this deposit / transaction and can't investigate without a PayPal ID .. 
This is the order in question:  the purchaser verified she did pay Meta .. and the email I received.. but still no money in my PayPal account.

I've been extremely frustrated about a sale I made on 3/20. It was shipped on 3/21, delivered on 3/24, and as of today, 4/17, I've still not been paid. Nor have I received information about it as I am being ignored by FB "Support". Blake and then Adam contacted me back then about the 17/5 day(s) rule, and it's way past that now. They won't reply to my emails either. I filed a complaint with the attorney general today too.

I am having the same exact problem and I haven't gotten any help from the support link, no call backs or anything. I have pending payouts that are over a month in the pending status with no payments. I've been doing business on FB marketplace for over 7 years. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED! Thinking about going to court to file a lawsuit, they are keeping my monies!
