@GrugIV @williamlegate The vast majority of the logs are irrelevant, ordinary info. The FBI would neither need nor want all of that. If burglars break into a bank, the FBI is going to want video from the time of the breakin, not hours upon hours of ordinary customers walking in and out.

@GrugIV @williamlegate There is no physical "server" to hand over. For an organization the size of the DNC, "server" is an abstraction composed of a bunch of software and data that runs on whatever hardware is available at the time.

@rgr8house @NBCNews @higginsgggg The prosecutor certainly behaved as if he knew that white jurors would vote to convict on flimsy evidence, or else he wouldn't have gone to trial. Repeatedly even. Of the six trials, two ended in hung juries. They had black jurors on them. Evidently, the prosecutor was correct.

@rgr8house @NBCNews @higginsgggg It would be awesome if nobody did. If I know nothing about someone, I don't assume anything about them. But in this case, I know that these white jurors voted to convict on flimsy evidence, and I know that the prosecutor tried to eliminate all the black jurors.
