I’m excited to now be a part of the CAL Communications Committee! Looking forward to connecting, learning more about, and sharing what librarians across the state are up to 😬

Still looking for a way to get involved with CAL? Our Committees and Interest Groups need you! We are searching for motivated leaders for many of our committees and interest groups. If you are interested in leading CAL and your library community, please us now at [email protected]

This month’s story for HLS!

I write a lot about work life balance, to keep it front of mind. I’m here to say - your life, your precious time, is so important & you gotta do what you can to make the most of it.

Good morning, y'all. I have just posted an open letter in defense of book clubs. I host 3 every month, so I'm biased ... but they really are an amazing way to connect with others. #library #bookclub #publiclibraries #librarians https://t.co/AbFVzJMA7Y

Honored to be featured in this summer's issue of Crested Butte Magazine. "Covering Some Literary Ground" (pp 24 & 26) discusses the Hiking Book Club I have created here for Gunnison County Libraries. https://t.co/giq888U6V1
