@SouthwestAir I am beyond disgusted at my experience this week. First you cancel my flight & refuse to give me my bags back..leaving me & my kids stranded overnight in Orlando with NO BELONGINGS..& then you lost 2 of my bags in the process. OH & then sending some random people…
