Been a bioinformatics intern for the past 3 mo & spend 90% of my workday in R. In that time my rate of googling how to do R things has decreased from ~35searches/day (1 every 14min !!) to maybe ~20/day.

1."diversity" isn't a fix on its own
2."inclusion" is bare minimum
3."equity" is a good start, but really is just building tools so people have a chance @ success in an *unjust* world
