@KLM I'd rather have a way to contact your customer care teams about the claims that are not being processed properly.

@KLM Another avenue that leads nowhere unfortunately. KLM really needs more transparency with the customer claims. Waiting months to get an email with incorrect information an no way to contact that team is horrible customer service.
