@NoFilterSkin Hanes, Auden, Jockey (these are my fave), Evry, Pact are some brands that still have cotton or exclusively cotton. If nothing else make sure the gusset itself is cotton. Lots of brands are switching to synthetics for moisture wicking but still have a cotton gusset.
