@TeamStubHub Literally just looked up the order and said "yup, nothing we can do"

Stubhub is hiding behind "we're just a marketplace connecting sellers & buyers" - except there are no seller profiles, no reviews and no way buyer can see if seller is legit while selling fake tickets.

@StubHub doesn't stand behind their tickets - do not use. Sold me a fake coachella ticket and all they will offer is a refund while I travelled across the country and can't get in - but then they will sell me a replacement ticket at 5x the amount of the refund...

@ladoug @StubHub Yep, same story here. They used to be the way to go for Coachella and had extra tickets to ensure things went smoothly but they are no longer trustworthy and take no responsibility for the fake tickets they're selling.
