@British_Airways there is utter chaos boarding BA370 to MRS today. Wife and I were denied our allocated adjoined seats at the gate. The couple in front of us were given our seats instead, then we were seated separately 10 rows apart each in a middle seat. Appalling. Feel cheated.

@British_Airways Am a life long BA fan, Gate experience very upsetting. Cabin crew were nice. Needlessly waiting for luggage to arrive. Utter Time waste.

@British_Airways Bad gate experience for BA370 LHR to MRS. BA confiscated cabin luggage from passengers. Agressive staff. Loads of space.
