@NOWHelpTeam My patience was running thin yesterday but it’s pretty much gone now. It’s a second day with the same issue. Another day without a service that I’ve paid for - will I be reimbursed for this ridiculousness ??

@NOWHelpTeam another day, another problem- I am not offline & yet here we are. I’ve tried all your usual quick fixes (deleted & reinstalled the app, turned off & on the phone) and still nothing. Why am I paying for a service you consistently can’t provide?

@NOWHelpTeam Can’t watch anything on the app. I’ve deleted & redownloaded it, no change, just showing a circle loading. Tried lotsa channels/episodes, & still the same. Worked fine earlier today. There’s no issues with my internet - all other streaming apps working fine. Help?

@NOWHelpTeam Yes I was attempting to watch sports but I had the same issue on every other channel. I have 3 now tv monthly subscriptions , 2 of which are sport and sports extra.
