Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton is going after what he calls a “multi-level, multi-industry scheme” that has illegally incentivized medical providers to push childhood vaccines that aren’t proven safe or necessary.

The probe is massive: Examining the entire “incentivization framework” that historically forced kids to get over 70 doses from birth to 18.

This comes right after the CDC’s historic overhaul of the childhood vaccine schedule—slashing routine doses to align closer with international peers like Denmark (better infant mortality & life expectancy). Yet at least 19 states (mostly Dem governors) are rejecting the CDC changes and sticking with the AAP’s old guidelines—despite the AAP’s deep funding ties to Pfizer, Moderna, Merck, Sanofi, GSK, and more.

Paxton’s office is issuing 20 Civil Investigative Demands (CIDs) to major players: Big medical providers, insurance companies, and vaccine makers like Pfizer and UnitedHealth.

Key targets:
•  Hidden financial incentives (bonuses, wages, employment tied to vaccine counts)
•  Failure to disclose conflicts to parents
•  Practices expelling kids from pediatric care over vax status

Paxton: “I will ensure that Big Pharma and Big Insurance don’t bribe medical providers to pressure parents to jab their kids with vaccines they feel aren’t safe or necessary… Together, we will Make America Healthy Again.”

He vows full transparency—no more “carrot and stick” healthcare. This aligns with President Trump and HHS Secretary RFK Jr.’s push for real safety and trust.

Background: Insurance giants like Anthem BCBS offered bonuses up to $125 per member for high vax rates (potentially tens of thousands per doctor). AAP and allies are even suing RFK Jr. over schedule changes, claiming “financial harm” from needing real parent conversations.

Paxton has a track record: $41.5M settlement vs. Pfizer for adulterated drugs, $7.4B vs. Purdue/Sacklers in opioids.
