This older guy was letting his dog run all over the place at the beach this morning and also allowed it to swim.

Our county has a “nog dogs” policy at county beaches.

The dog had one of those Amazon “service animal” vests but was clearly not a service animal.

I nicely said something to the guy, and he then aggressively said was a service dog and to “keep moving”.

I called the law enforcement non-emergency number and reported him. Got a text notification that the officer handled it.

Always looking out for my community. Disrespectful beach etiquette has only continued making the beach experience less enjoyable. Don’t be afraid to speak up.
