Day 7: Do Not Assume. Discover.

You cannot see someones potential just by looking at them. Give people the opportunity to show their strengths, skills, and what they can contribute.

Opportunity begins when assumptions end.

Self advocacy means understanding what helps you succeed and having the confidence to communicate it.

Every voice deserves to be heard. Every need deserves to be understood.

Day 5: Support Builds Independence

Support is not about doing everything for someone. It is about building the skills, confidence, and opportunities to do more independently.
