The desktop version is $3 and contains no microtransactions. iOS/Android remains free. :)

All Hams on Deck 1.2 will release tomorrow on iOS, Android... and PC!

All versions will have local achievements, more pigs, minor gameplay tweaks, and a whole host of bugfixes!

iOS will have a sticker pack with original art, and PC has been reworked with zero microtransactions.
