.@MasonShuman It all depends what school you are at because there isn't a required standard/curriculum/course. #itec57427

.@sbianch3_kent @downtomarz14 @tisha_broad Agree, but there are newer game simulations that help walk students through scenarios #itec57427

[Tiffany Best @Tbest5Best]

.@ITech_Lacey True, but just like any other subject, do parents really have all the information and skills?

[Tiffany Best @Tbest5Best]

.@sbianch3_kent I like the idea of using it for professional development and following the best people/organizations in my fields #itec57427

[Tiffany Best @Tbest5Best]

.@sbianch3_kent I like it for some communication uses but not for discussions and the reliability of sharing content seems iffy #itec57427

[Tiffany Best @Tbest5Best]

.@sbianch3_kent @Pmonty44 I agree with both, it's important to try to learn on your own, but helpful to have a teacher as a guide #itec57427

Whose job is it to teach students these important lessons when librarians are often cut or not given class time? #itec57427

[Tiffany Best @Tbest5Best]

.@downtomarz14 @tisha_broad Really I think there should be a required digital citizenship class taught by school librarians #itec57427

[Tiffany Best @Tbest5Best]

[Tiffany Best @Tbest5Best]

.@AGealsha Agreed. I like the polling options/abilities. #itec57427

[Tiffany Best @Tbest5Best]

.@thisCATreads @AGealsha Seems better now that I have found classmates and follow them-security settings can prevent visibility #itec57427

[Tiffany Best @Tbest5Best]

.@AGealsha I agree, but I wish there weren't so many issues getting all of the URLS to consistently show #itec57427

[Tiffany Best @Tbest5Best]

.@Energized_1 @thisCATreads It is easily used to create polls/surveys as well #itec57427
