I have not played with the new update but my initial thoughts are this update is just a slap in the face to all players especially pros. It completly changes the game meta and not for the better. Valve has never shown more of a disconnect from the playerbase as it has shown time and time again for cs. The players have complained for years about servers not being 128tick and no real anti cheat. I want to believe this will change but i been playing some version of this game for 24 years now and im not holding my breath.

@ThourCS2 @CounterStrike They do, lol. You just dont see it. There is rank confidence (essentially hidden MMR) and visible rank. I almost guarantee you valve makes the adjustment to your hidden MMR when a cheater who won against you gets banned.
